I broke my first hexacopter prop today but at least it was cool. The prop stayed in the air and kept spinning to keep itself hovering 6 ft off the ground for about 8 seconds while the hexacopter dropped onto pillows safely. I will need to ensure the props are secured better next time. The prop did crash to the ground leaving a good dent in the tip making it broken. I was at least smart enough to buy many extras. I finally got the ESCs calibrated and the LiPo charger working properly as well. More to come this weekend. If I can comfortably fly it I will start using the goPro as well.
